Cancellation Policy
All booking fees must be paid within 24hrs of booking, if not your appt will automatically fall off. So please be mindful if you’d like to keep your spot! A 10 minute grace period is given for all guests, if you’re running late please call me as we may need to alter or reschedule the appointment. All no shows and last minute cancels (within 48hrs) will be charged the 50% cancellation fee. After 2 strikes, you may lose booking privileges. All booking fees are non-refundable but are deducted from your service balance!
